What Happens Next?

First, we turn over your earnest deposit to the title company within 48 hours. Inspections will be ordered as contracted, and your lender will begin to process the contract. You can choose your rate, and your lender may also order an appraisal. You may have to pay a small appraisal fee at this point. These are all the preliminary actions before actual closing day, when you and your family will begin your next stage of life, and start setting up your new home!
